- HANDCRAFTED WINES -
Our handcrafted wines originate in our sustainable family vineyard in El Dorado County where sunny days and cool nights create distinctive flavor. These award winning wines are waiting for you to enjoy them.
- SUSTAINABILITY -
We take pride in an earth-friendly vineyard management policy for the future of our land and the surrounding environment. We're committed to farming without the use of pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilizers. Because of the great air flow in our vineyard, we have not had to spray sulphur on the vines. We use cover crops - oats, vetch, field peas and faba beans - in the vineyard for a variety of benefits. Erosion control, weed suppression, the attraction of beneficial insects and boosting soil vitality are the main reasons why we use a cover crop.
- ABOUT -
In 2012 we realized our long time dream of planting a two acre vineyard on our property. Jeff became a self-taught winemaker with the help of experienced mentors. Producing our first vintage in 2015 was a thrilling time, and we knew our vines grew on a special vineyard site. Today these two acres allow us to bottle 275-300 cases per year. Now each year brings new challenges and new successes.
